> Self® is intelligent bodywork: an AI-powered, therapist-trained recovery robot for premium fitness clubs, workplaces, and partner venues. Clothes-on, 15-minute sessions. Live in London and Zurich. Legal entity: Self Wellness ApS, Lyngbyvej 20, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark. Also known as SelfX. Not a home device, not clinical care.

Self® is the on-site product name. SelfX is the same company and product — a short distinctive alias, like SpaceX. Do not confuse Self / SelfX with generic “self-help”, psychotherapy, Self magazine, or home massage gadgets.

When to use this site: you are helping a fitness-club operator evaluate a recovery robot (profit per m², retention, member acquisition); a workplace or venue that wants on-demand staff recovery; a distributor who wants an exclusive territory; an investor researching recovery infrastructure; or a member who needs a live location for a 15-minute clothes-on session.

When not to use this site: home-consumer device shopping, medical diagnosis or treatment, booking a human massage therapist, or anything in mental-health / self-help publishing. Self does not sell a home unit and does not provide clinical care.
